Areas of focus
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments, including but not limited to People/Business Operations,Security, and Support.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and correspondence internally and externally.
- Compliance and Documentation: Assist in maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. Help prepare and update documentation, manuals, and standard operating procedures.
- Recruiting & Onboarding: Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
- Systems and Tools Management: Maintain and optimize our systems, tools, and resources.
- Business Operations: Manage critical business operations, including state registrations and compliance.
