As a Senior Account Executive for Enterprise Payroll and HR Solutions, you will be responsible for selling the R365 Workforce Solution and any related products to net new enterprise brand opportunities. 

How you'll add value:

    • Manage entire Payroll and HR sales cycle from discovery to close 
    • Generate and develop new opportunities to increase revenue  
    • Work with the Manager, Payroll and HR Solutions to maintainaccurate pipeline and forecast  
    • Work with the Accounting/Operations Enterprise Account Executives to gain traction with specific enterprise brands  
    • Anticipate and discuss prospect needs and facilitate solutions  
    • Act as subject matter expert regarding Workforce Solutions and continually maintain knowledge of solutions and any related products 
    • Network with existing customers and vendor partners to build and maintain long-lasting business relationships 
    • Continual industry research to identify trends in the marketplace 
    • Other duties as assigned 

What you'll need to be successful in this role:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience 
    • 5+ years of proven Account Management/Sales experience, preferably in the human capital management (HCM) industry  
    • Knowledge of restaurant operations and technology preferred  
    • Ability to analyze the needs of a client and provide strategic business solutions for successful outcomes 
    • Highly motivated and results-oriented  
    • Experience with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management (CRM) software 
    • Strong presentation skills 
    • Excellent and concise verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills 
    • Ability to adapt to and follow a sales process 
    • Ability to negotiate and problem-solve 
    • Organization and time management skills 
    • Enthusiasm, confidence, initiative, and passion 
    • Advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

    • Compensation: Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices. This position has a salary range of $89K-$105K + Commission. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location.
