Resultados Digitais is, today, one of the fastest growing companies in Brazil. You as a Farmer will be responsible to support the development of the sales and marketing department, key strategic stakeholders to us.

Your final objetive will be to increase and scale success of our Partners, attending to their needs and supporting them to sustainably scalate sales and income. You will be dealing daily with a portfolio of 120 agencies - to make that happen you'll need to enjoy teaching, be organized, understand the digital marketing market and celebrate our Partners' results.

You will be working side-by-side with reference professionals in Inside Sales in Brazil, learning the most modern strategies to perform with excellence! You'll also be developing your sales techniques and your undersanding of business strategies, teaching partner agencies to sell better. Our partners' growth is our growth.

Who are we looking for?

    • Experience in sales and customer relationship;
    • Someone that has a history of achievement in sales;
    • Healthy competitive and fast learner;
    • Someone that has ownership;
    • Motivation for challenge and goals;
    • Genuine interest for sales and business development;
    • Clear and objective written and spoken communication;
    • Fluent Spanish;
    • Advanced English;
    • Knowledge in digital marketing;
    • Proximity with the marketing agency market (preferred);
    • Availability to live in Florianopolis.
