Business Development Associate

We're looking for proactive, energetic personalities to power our growth. Your role is to research prospective leads, schedule discovery calls, and prepare opportunities for the agency. You will report directly to the CEO and work with the marketing team to tune our messaging and prepare proposals to enter new long-term customer relationships.

Minimum Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing within digital marketing
    • 2+ years of experience in eCommerce-related agency services, (software development, consulting, SEO, etc)
    • Hubspot, LinkedIn, and Apollo experience is required
    • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
    • Knowledge of current eCommerce marketing and technology trends


    • Prospecting for new client relationships
    • Outbound telephone and email communications
    • Nurture new relationships for long-term customer value
    • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop sales materials needed to communicate agency offerings
    • Attend trade shows and acquire new prospect information
    • Grow and maintain a database of leads and opportunities
