Retro Biosciences is a fast-growing biopharma startup using high-throughput, high-dimensional approaches to develop therapies for diseases driven by the biology of aging. We are looking to expand our exceptional team at our Redwood City location.  

We are looking for a highly organized and self-motivated Generalist who craves a challenge and feels energized to roll up their sleeves. You will work closely with the VP of Operations in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. You’ll be part and parcel with the Retro ops team and work on various initiatives, special projects, meeting prep and follow-up. You’ll be juggling multiple balls at once sometimes, but affirmatively within the constraints of a healthy, happy working environment.

Primary responsibilities:

    • Work closely with the Operations team on special projects and initiatives 
    • Facilitate meetings by preparing presentations, managing agendas, capturing action items, and documenting outcomes 
    • Manage external vendors and contracts 
    • Partner on logistical planning and execution of events
    • Occasional calendaring, schedule management, travel coordination and expense reconciliation for VP of Operations
    • Connect with members of the team at all levels, and be a person that they rely on and trust 


    • Minimum of three years experience in a similar role 
    • Experience working at a startup or a dynamic environment
    • Expert-level proficiency in software tools such as Google Workspace, Expensify, Asana, and Slack
