We are seeking a highly motivated Research Associate in Immunology with some expertise in adaptive immunobiology to support the development of the next generation of rejuvenated cell therapies. The ideal candidate will be creative, well-organized, and technically capable of executing multiple immunological assays to phenotype immune cells in vivo and ex vivo. This position is ideal for an individual who is entrepreneurial and eager to develop within a collaborative and supportive team of scientists and engineers.

Primary Responsibilities

    • Purification of human immune cells
    • Expand and maintain primary immune cells and cell lines
    • Perform in vitro immunological assays such as flow cytometry, ELISA/MSD, immunophenotype, cytokine production, proliferation capacity, and cytotoxicity analysis
    • Collaborate with colleagues to advance our internal programs
    • Analyze and present experimental data to our internal team and collaborators
    • Maintain an electronic lab notebook and contribute to support documentation

Ideal Qualifications

    • B.S or M.S. with 2+ years post-degree research experience
    • Experience with primary human T cell cultures
    • Experience in multi-color flow cytometry panel design and characterization of cellular subsets in human blood and tissue is a plus
    • Highly organized and scientifically rigorous with significant attention to detail.
    • Demonstrated ability to work and think independently
