    • Assist with travel and event planning, booking, tracking, and coordination
    • Perform standard administrative duties (e.g., scheduling meetings, etc.)
    • Help with occasional furniture assembly and other practical tasks
    • Be on-call for emergency coverage some weekends and holidays

You might thrive in this role if you:

    • Have 3+ years of relevant professional experience
    • Boast strong collaboration and communication skills across levels and job functions
    • Have experience working at a startup or a dynamic environment
    • Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in software tools such as Google Suite, Expensify, Asana, and Slack
    • Are able to balance multiple competing priorities and resolve problems, often under time pressure
    • Are resourceful and can figure out how to solve unusual tasks
    • Are energetic, adaptable, and happy to jump in and help with any task that comes your way
    • Are well-organized, with a sharp eye for detail
