About the Role

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to help maintain the accuracy and reliability of our sales and finance data. In this role, you’ll work closely with Sales, Finance, and RevOps teams to ensure our HubSpot pipeline stays current, integrations between systems run smoothly, and leadership has access to clear, actionable reporting. Day to day, you’ll be cleaning and monitoring CRM data, generating reports that highlight gaps or risks, and supporting workflows tied to bookings, compliance, and revenue recognition. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, comfort working across multiple systems, and the ability to spot issues before they become larger problems.

Responsibilities

    • Maintain HubSpot pipeline by ensuring opportunities are up to date
    • Support API-driven integrations between HubSpot, Google Sheets, NetSuite, LicenseSpring, and Fishbowl, ensuring consistent and accurate data flow across systems
    • Generate HubSpot reports and dashboards that highlight pipeline deficiencies
    • Own compliance related data processes for regulatory requirements

Requirements

    • 2+ years of experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, Finance, or a data-focused role
    • Proven track record of maintaining CRM data integrity (HubSpot strongly preferred; Salesforce or similar acceptable)
    • Familiarity with API-driven workflows and comfort troubleshooting data flows across systems
    • Highly detail-oriented and proactive 

Nice to Haves

    • Experience with NetSuite, LicenseSpring, or Fishbowl integrations
    • Prior exposure to government contracting environments
    • SQL or scripting/automation experience
    • Experience at SaaS, defense-tech, or enterprise software companies

Compensation

    • Salary ($55,000 - $70,000) + Equity 
    • Salary is determined by the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
