Role Overview
We are seeking an Office and Operations Coordinator to keep our fast-growing team running smoothly. This role blends recruiting coordination, office management, and operations support. It’s an ideal opportunity for someone eager to get their foot in the door at a high-growth startup and learn across multiple areas of the business. You’ll be the glue that keeps our hiring, office, and day-to-day operations efficient, professional, and positive.
Responsibilities
- Recruiting Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews across time zones
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive experience
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting pipelines
- Office Operations:
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and day-to-day logistics
- Support planning for team events, offsites, and onsite meetings
- Help create a welcoming, efficient office environment
- General Operations Support:
- Assist with onboarding new hires (equipment, workspace, introductions)
- Support the leadership team with scheduling and administrative tasks
- Jump in on special projects — from event coordination to process improvement
Qualifications
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to “do what it takes” to keep things moving
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in scheduling, recruiting coordination, or office management
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever)
- Startup or high-growth company experience
ITAR Requirements
- To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
