The Role

We’re looking for a uniquely talented Visual Designer to join the Services Team at Revfluence, where you will create digital marketing collateral for industry-leading, visionary brands. In this role, you will lead creative strategy and partner with our enterprise customers to bring their exciting marketing initiatives to life, with a focus on paid acquisition and growth. You will also help work across teams to promote standard methodologies for creating memorable digital ad experiences and contribute to the success of the business in a meaningful way. This is the ideal role for someone who wants to own projects from concept to implementation, while working on a highly-collaborative and creative team.

*This is a six-month contract with the potential to transition to a permanent, full-time role contingent on performance and business needs.

    • Collaborative: Understands and can articulate the role of creative in accomplishing a wide-array of marketing goals not limited to acquisition, branding, and engagement
    • Hypothesis and data-informed mindset: Thinks analytically about which design elements are drivers for performance, always iterating on previous work
    • Forward-thinking: Constantly challenges the boundaries of creative execution in the digital advertising space, pushes self to learn new techniques and adapt to industry changes
    • Empathetic: Tailors creative to resonate with a wide array of audiences, seeks to bridge the gap between brands and customers with creative design executions

As Visual Designer, you will

    • Solve marketing and advertising challenges for brands and enterprise clients by thoughtfully producing visual design collateral
    • Articulate and present work and effectively synthesize feedback from internal and external stakeholders
    • Understand performance, creative, and digital advertising trends to build the company’s house view on how to create effective, personalized content
    • Ensure consistency of design and quality across all internal and external outputs
    • Complete ad hoc projects in support of Revfluence brand and marketing initiatives

What we're really looking for

    • 2-5 years of experience producing commercial quality digital marketing media for an agency or in-house organization
    • A professional portfolio of relevant marketing, brand, or advertising work, across multiple channels (web, email, video, print, etc.)
    • Experience producing video and motion-based marketing assets
    • Strong understanding of basic design principles (typographic and graphic design, brand identity, digital experience, etc.)
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to prioritize creative workflow
    • Fluent in standard digital creative production tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Sketch, etc.)
    • Ability to work on-site at the San Francisco HQ at least once a week

    • UI/UX wireframing and Landing Page Optimization 
    • Conceptualizing visual guidelines for a new brand 
    • Achieved measurable business results with their visual content
