The Role:

We’re looking for a highly motivated Social Media Manager to develop, implement, and optimize social strategies for our enterprise clients.  Working closely with our internal Product and Customer Success teams, the Social Media Manager role is responsible for crafting our client’s brand voice on relevant social media channels, including but not limited to, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. The ideal candidate should have a proven track-record managing social media and leading initiatives that contribute to the goals and ongoing success of client campaigns. What you will be doing

    • Lead overall social media strategy across multiple platforms for our enterprise-level clients
    • Collaborate with influencers to create compelling visual assets for appropriate channels
    • Create and maintain content calendars and schedules
    • Track and optimize content performance using tracking, data-analytics, and measurement tools
    • Explore and experiment with new social media channels, strategies, and techniques as needed
    • Develop a style and tone guide for enterprise clients
    • Design and manage strategic social media initiatives
    • Review/edit ad creative copy and run analysis of performance metrics
    • Provide client recommendations based on data and campaign insights, and communicate results
    • Become a positive and influential presence for the digital team internally and with external partners

What we're looking for

    • 2+ years of experience in social media management
    • Developed organizational and priority management skills; someone who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
    • Strong presentation skills and exceptional customer service and communication skills
    • Experience executing daily management of influencer and social campaigns for Paid Ads & Social Media Channels based on strategic approach and recommendations
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly articulate strategy and recommendations in a coherent, professional manner
