ReviewTrackers is currently looking for a passionate, self-motivated, and collaborative Salesforce Administrator to join our Sales team. The Salesforce Administrator will help the sales team fight inefficiency and champion productivity by solving complicated problems through creating and implementing new processes, rules and easy to use reports and dashboards in Salesforce as well as keeping Salesforce users trained and educated. How you will make an impact: 

You will troubleshoot, resolve and track Salesforce.com end-user issues
You will assist with break and fix requests
You will create and manage custom fields, dashboards, reports, list views, page layouts, validation rules, and custom workflows
You will implement and enforce processes to maintain the integrity of Salesforce.com data including database deduping and cleanup procedures
You will manage all-new user setups and deactivation
You will help develop and maintain end-user training documentation and deliver training
You will support new hire training and onboarding You will have a book of business building and distribution for new hires
You will assists with special projects as assigned

Who you will be working with: 

You will be reporting to our Sales Operations Specialist 
ou will be working interchangeably with our Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, Sales Partnership team, and Sales Leadership

 What you bring to the table:  

You have excellent communication and collaboration skills
You have at least 1 year of operational experience within Salesforce.com
You have a strong understanding of data management and business workflows
You are skillful in data manipulation and cleansing
You are a strategic thinker and the ability to interpret opportunities for improvement from data/reports to team actions
You are resourceful
Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred
