ReviewTrackers is currently looking for a passionate, self-motivated, and collaborative Inbound Sales Development Representative to join our Marketing team. As an inbound sales development representative, you will be an integral part of the marketing team; your job is to help move inbound leads down the funnel and assist in qualifying and converting them from interested prospects to customers. What you will be working on: 

You will creatively qualify leads from inbound marketing initiatives as sales opportunities for account executives to engage with. 
You will nurture leads through email, call, video, LinkedIn message, etc. to maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
You will become a product expert on ReviewTrackers and how it can uniquely solve business challenges for prospective customers.
You will understand ReviewTrackers’ ideal customer profile to help qualify prospects and discuss solutions to fit their needs.
You will partner with marketing and sales, to provide feedback on marketing-sourced leads, develop strategies to target prospects, and optimize conversions.

Who you will be working with: 

You will be reporting and working heavily with our content marketing manager. You will be working alongside our marketing automation specialist and cross-departmentally with our sales team. 
You will be working with a smart, passionate team who thrives on collaboration and fosters an environment where everyone’s ideas can make an impact.

What we need from you: 

Excellent communication (written and verbal) and collaboration skills.
You have strong attention to detail, especially concerning email and social platforms.
You have developed active listening skills and curiosity to uncover unique customer needs. 
You are a self-starter with an interest in finding creative solutions to potential customers’ problems.
You have familiarity with SaaS products, mid-market and enterprise environments (this is a plus, not a requirement).
You have knowledge of Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRMs (this is a plus, not a requirement).
You are familiar with the marketing and sales funnel, buyer journeys and personas (this is a plus, not a requirement).
You have experience in analyzing and interpreting data  (this is a plus, not a requirement).
