ReviewTrackers is currently looking for a passionate, self-motivated, and collaborative Junior Account Executive to join our Direct Sales Team. As a Junior Account Executive this person will be responsible for generating outbound pipeline through prospecting (cold calling, email campaigns, etc.) and act as a team lead to the other members of the BDR team. In addition to outbound prospecting, this person will be working a percentage of the pipeline they create with the expectation of closing said business. The breakdown of this role will consist of 80% outbound prospecting, 10% working pipeline deals, and 10% mentoring other members of the BDR team. This person is someone we can count on to…

    • Own prospecting into mid-market and enterprise accounts
    • Control the entire sales process from prospecting into your book of business all the way through contract signature and handoff to implementation
    • Act as a mentor to other members of the BDR team

Within 3 months this person will….

    • Complete ReviewTrackers Sales Onboarding
    • Create and test strategies for outbound prospecting
    • Learn and convey the value proposition that RT offers

Within 6 months this person will….

    • Build $250k in qualified pipeline
    • Close $75k in new business

Within 12 months this person will….

    • Build $500k in qualified pipeline
    • Close $250k in new business

Growth Track

    • This person will have the opportunity to advance into a Mid-Market Account Executive role, or a BDR leadership position based on quota attainment and career progression.

Who you will be working with:

    • This person will be reporting to the Mid-Market/BDR Manager
    • Who they will be working with on their team and cross-departmentally: VP of Sales, Director of Marketing, VP of Customer Success, VP of Partnerships, Rev Ops and Sales Enablement

What we need from you:

    • 2-3 years of experience in generating new business sales 
    • Experience with Account Based Marketing tactics 
    • Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals (President’s Club, Rep of the Year, etc.)
    • You leverage a ‘business first lens’ across to drive strategic transformation and deliver solutions to clients.
    • Skilled in outbound prospecting tactics (cold calling, email campaigns, etc.)
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience identifying business challenges, presenting solutions and implementing change to business leaders.
    • Comfortable working in a fast paced dynamic environment
    • Proven sales methodology such as GAP or Challenger
    • Proven sales qualification methodology such as MEDICC

$65,000 - $90,000 a year
