Role Overview
We are looking for someone obsessed with delivering positive outcomes for customers. As a Product Owner at Revinate, you will be the key contributor to a suite of products that reach hundreds of millions of guests each month, and will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of travel. You are responsible for breaking down complex problems and requirements into deliverable steps that drive product development and ultimately Revinate’s success. You will be responsible for owning this product and how you choose to prioritise features, functionality, and the management of ongoing maintenance from conception, ideation, and ultimate growth; with a focus on delivering value to our customers quickly, in partnership with your Product Manager and Engineering Manager partners. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand the product, its use cases, any issues that need attention, and how to best execute the roadmap as envisioned by the Product Manager. You will drive the development of innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers, while facilitating long-term growth.
What You'll Do
- Industry & Competitive Knowledge: Deeply understand the competitive landscape, the industry, market trends, and customer needs to identify new opportunities and define the solution
- Roadmap Execution: Execute on the prioritized product roadmap. Take requirements and stress test them before working with your Engineering Manager partner to put them into your application
- Product Ownership: Responsible for driving product development from requirements to launch and beyond, as well as making critical decisions about ruthless prioritization of tech debt, maintenance, bugs, and ongoing roadmap deliverables.
- Product Delivery: Obsess over “done”. Work with Product Manager to define what done is, determine what meets the definition of done end-to-end: from the quality to the performance, market readiness, unit costs, pricing, and communicate the value of what’s being delivered to our teams
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, partnerships, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption
- Communication: Articulate and advocate for the problems you’re solving and the solutions you’re proposing. Communicate key information concisely and effectively to internal and external leadership
- Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for your product
- Jira Management: Manage and maintain your product’s jira board and workflows across development organizations (from application, data, and infrastructure), and partner with Engineering Manager and Project Manager to manage sprints
What You'll Bring
- Experience: 2+ years of product owner experience in software development, preferably with a focus on data and analytics, CDP, CRM, or hospitality technology.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the hospitality industry solutions or a keen interest to learn
- Analytical Skills: Strong qualitative and analytical mindset to define, measure, and influence metrics and indicators of success
- Tools & Methodologies: Deep experience with Jira and agile methodologies
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate roadmap, priorities, tradeoffs, and decisions to a wide gamut of audiences, including engineering peers, GTM teams, and executives. Ability to align and inspire a group on a common vision and action plan
- Multi-Faceted: Operate independently, manage ambiguity, and perform under pressure, while leading multiple projects and deadlines

$80,000 - $100,000 a year
This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Revinate and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including (but not limited to) the candidate’s experience, qualifications and location.
