The Implementation Project Manager works with new and existing customers to onboard Revinate’s entire product suite and provide long-term success. The role serves as the small-scale project manager for new customer implementations, product upsells, and Statement of Work requests.  The selected candidate will work with internal and external contacts to onboard new customers, track the status of project deliverables, and ensure all projects are completed efficiently and on time.A blend of project and stakeholder management, customer-facing communication, and masterful cross-department collaboration, the ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, quickly adapts to new technology, and can manage simultaneous projects with varying deadlines. 

Top Three Outcomes for Year One

    • Develop a strong foundational knowledge of all Revinate products and what it takes to implement them.
    • Independently manage 40-50+ new product implementation projects simultaneously.
    • Work closely with internal team members to drive efficient and accurate configuration of new accounts within a target 4-8 week implementation period.

What You'll Do

    • Serve as the customer’s primary contact regarding the implementation process, guiding internal and external teams to adhere to the project timeline and guarantee a smooth onboarding process, proactively communicating expectations, procedures, and requirements to internal and external customers.
    • Collaborate with the project team, driving key deliverables and milestones professionally and effectively.  Implement and complete deliverables on time, and leverage internal resources to complete on time and escalate if necessary. 
    • Organize, create supplementary materials, invite attendees, and lead internal and external meetings.  Master schedulers welcome.
    • Maintain, update, and distribute all project documentation. Create and improve internal SOPs to provide better service and adapt to continuous product changes.  Our project management processes continue to evolve, and we evolve with them.
    • Be a product expert to help customers get the most out of their Revinate services. 
    • Continually strive to learn and understand all facets of Revinate's products and services. 
    • Continued learning, professional development, and cross-training are highly valued. An interest in expanding your knowledge over time is essential.
    • Serve as a liaison between the customer and our internal product team to advocate for customer-requested product enhancements when opportunities arise.  There’s always room to make things better!
    • Test product functionality, monitor deliverability where relevant, and ensure performance before closing out implementation.
    • Work with 3rd party PMS vendors when necessary to obtain technical details required for integration work.

What You'll Bring

    • Associate’s Degree in a related field or 2 years experience in a project management role; bonus points for experience in customer-facing SaaS technology, Hotel Operations, or Hospitality Marketing.
    • Proven experience in successful management of multiple ongoing projects.
    • Strong organization skills and ability to handle multiple tasks with competing priorities; ability to prioritize, respectively.
    • Intermediate skill level in the MS Office Suite; Experience with G-Suite, Zendesk, and Salesforce helpful but not required.
    • Ability to use various project management software and related tools; knowledge of Asana is a plus.
    • Familiarity with hotel systems such as Opera, roomMaster, Maestro, etc.
    • Experience with email service providers such as Mailchimp, TravelClick, Digital Alchemy, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

$55,000 - $75,000 a year
This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Revinate and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including (but not limited to) the candidate’s experience, qualifications and location.
