Sign-On Bonus Paid in Three Installments:

Relocation Requirement:
Candidates must be willing to relocate to Houston, Texas. A competitive sign-on bonus is offered, which may be used to assist with relocation expenses.

Your Role at a Glance
As a Dispensing Staff Pharmacist, you'll play a key role in ensuring patients receive safe, effective, and accurately prepared medications. You’ll collaborate with healthcare professionals, lead pharmacy staff, and maintain high standards of quality and compliance.

Core Responsibilities
Verify and review prescriptions for accuracy and suitability
Provide guidance on drug interactions, dosages, and storage
Dispense medications precisely — calculate, mix, and label as needed
Maintain complete pharmacy records and inventory systems
Oversee mixing, packaging, and labeling procedures
Partner with physicians and healthcare teams on medication plans
Monitor prescription trends and patient compliance
Manage pharmacy stock, ensuring correct storage and inventory

Leadership & Supervision
Oversee daily pharmacy operations
Hire, train, and lead pharmacy team members
Handle administrative duties and ensure regulatory compliance

What You’ll Bring
Excellent patient service and communication skills
In-depth knowledge of drug chemistry and interactions
Proficiency in medical and pharmacy terminology
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an accredited institution
Active pharmacist license in Texas
Minimum 3–4 years in retail or fulfillment pharmacy environments

Physical Expectations
Standing, sitting, and bending throughout the day
Computer work for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
