Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary pharmacist resource for patients and clinics with questions related to prescriptions, therapy plans, and pharmacy processes.
Provide patient counseling on medication usage, potential side effects, interactions, and storage requirements in a clear and empathetic manner.
Collaborate with clinic staff to clarify prescription details, recommend therapeutic alternatives, and resolve clinical or logistical issues.
Identify and escalate patient concerns or adverse events appropriately while maintaining thorough documentation in accordance with pharmacy policy.
Partner with pharmacy technicians, intake pharmacists, and fulfillment teams to ensure accurate, timely, and complete prescription processing.
Support issue resolution efforts related to delays, miscommunications, or patient dissatisfaction—always with a customer-first approach.
Uphold HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality in all communications and documentation.
Participate in training, quality assurance reviews, and internal initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment that reflects Revive Rx’s commitment to care and excellence.
