We’re looking for a strategic, people-focused Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our rapidly growing organization. This role is ideal for a passionate HR professional who thrives on building relationships, driving results, and influencing change.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees across multiple departments, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, benefits, compliance, and leave administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters; coach and resolve workplace concerns with professionalism and discretion.
- Lead investigations, document findings, and ensure compliance with legal and internal policies.
- Partner with managers on performance discussions, progressive discipline, and team development.
- Support performance management processes, including annual reviews and performance improvement plans.

πŸ“‹ Benefits Administration & Leave Management
- Act as the liaison between employees and benefit providers for enrollment, claims, and troubleshooting.
- Oversee all leave of absence processes (FMLA, STD, personal leave) ensuring compliance and timely communication.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and open enrollment processes.

- Align HR support with departmental goals and workforce planning initiatives.
- Collaborate on key HR projects related to engagement, retention, DEI, and culture.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and support compliance audits, reporting, and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (PHR/SPHR preferred).
-5 years of progressive HR experience, especially in employee relations, benefits, and LOA management.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws (FMLA, ADA, FLSA, etc.) and HR compliance.
- HRIS experience (ADP, Paylocity, or similar) and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of discretion, accountability, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
- Experience in a high-growth or fast-paced environment is a plus.
