Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our healthcare professionals in managing patient care, interpreting medical data, and facilitating communication between patients and medical staff. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and wellness, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.



Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist healthcare providers in reviewing and interpreting medical data, including bloodwork and lab results
    • Order lab work and diagnostic tests as directed by healthcare providers, ensuring accurate information is conveyed to laboratories
    • Communicate with patients to gather medical history, explain medical results, and discuss potential treatment plans
    • Schedule and coordinate telehealth appointments for patients
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems
    • Provide educational resources and support regarding new and upcoming treatments and therapies
    • Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
    • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care
    • Stay informed about the latest developments in medical testing and treatment options
    • Utilize Microsoft Teams for effective communication and collaboration with team members

Qualifications:

    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with 3+ year's experience
    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree
    • Strong understanding of medical terminology, diagnostic tests, and treatment therapies
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to new processes and technologies
    • Proficient in using Microsoft Teams for collaboration and communication
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
    • Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms
    • Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
    • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
    • Participation in local/national events
