- Conduct routine and scheduled cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies. 

- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement. 

- Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management procedures and best practices. 

- Work closely with production and warehouse teams to ensure that materials are available and accessible as needed. 

- Prepare and maintain detailed records of inventory transactions, adjustments, and reconciliations. 

- Support the Inventory Control Specialist III in implementing inventory control systems and technologies. 

- Participate in periodic physical inventories and audits, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. 

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in inventory management preferred. 

- 2-3 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations. 

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 

- Proficiency in inventory management software and systems. 

- Ability to work independently and make decisions regarding inventory management. 

- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
