We are seeking a data-driven and highly collaborative Data & Insights Analyst to lead data reporting and visualization efforts across our organization. This role is responsible for pulling and synthesizing data from multiple sources—including our EHR system (CanvasMedical), Aircall, financial platforms, and more—to create forward-thinking dashboards and reports that drive strategic decision-making.

This position partners closely with stakeholders across departments (clinical, operations, finance, product, and more) to understand their goals, develop meaningful KPIs, and ensure that data insights are accurate, actionable, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Extract, clean, and analyze data from various systems including CanvasMedical, Aircall, finance platforms, CRMs, and other operational tools

Develop and maintain automated, interactive dashboards and reports that reflect key performance indicators across departments

Translate complex datasets into digestible visualizations and strategic insights

Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting outputs

Serve as a strategic partner to stakeholders across clinical, operations, finance, marketing, and leadership teams

Understand departmental priorities and design customized reporting solutions tailored to team-specific goals

Lead discovery meetings to define KPIs, data sources, and desired reporting outcomes

Train and support team members on interpreting dashboards and using insights effectively

Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities based on data patterns

Provide proactive, actionable recommendations that support business growth and operational improvements

Contribute to quarterly business reviews and strategic planning sessions with leadership

Recommend improvements to data collection processes and infrastructure to improve accuracy and efficiency

Partner with IT or external vendors as needed to ensure reliable data pipelines

Uphold best practices for data governance, privacy, and compliance (especially in healthcare-related systems)

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role

Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio)

Experience working with EHRs (e.g., CanvasMedical), VoIP platforms (e.g., Aircall), and financial or CRM tools

Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data cleaning techniques

Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders

High attention to detail and organizational skills
