Staff Accountant II

Do you have at least 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience?✱
How would you rate your current level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel?✱
- Beginner – Basic data entry, formatting, and simple formulas (SUM, AVERAGE)
- Intermediate – Comfortable with functions like VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, PivotTables, and basic data validation
- Advanced – Skilled in complex formulas, nested functions, PivotCharts, and data analysis tools
- Expert – Experienced with macros, Power Query, and advanced automation/reporting techniques
Do you have experience using QuickBooks or other ERP systems (please list)?✱
Do you have experience with month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation?✱
