Overview: We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Engineering Manager to lead our cybersecurity initiatives, drive technology automation, and oversee our data warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background combined with leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams, implement innovative solutions, and ensure the integrity, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure.  

Responsibilities: · Lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise cybersecurity strategies to safeguard organizational data and IT assets. · Oversee the development and deployment of automation solutions to streamline IT operations, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort. · Manage the architecture, development, and maintenance of the organization's data warehouse, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability. · Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions. · Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices aligned with industry regulations and compliance requirements. · Lead and mentor a team of engineers and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing. · Evaluate emerging technologies and tools to enhance cybersecurity posture, automation capabilities, and data management. · Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions. · Monitor system performance, conduct risk assessments, and implement necessary improvements. · Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for executive leadership.  

Skills: · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. · 5+ years of experience in IT engineering, with a strong focus on cybersecurity, automation, and data management. · 3+ years of experience managing technical teams, preferably in IT · Proven experience managing large-scale data warehouses and implementing automation frameworks. · Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat landscape, and security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, encryption, etc.). · Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data warehouse solutions (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, etc.). · Strong leadership, project management, and team-building skills. · Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and communication skills. · Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISM, AWS. ASA)
