Position Summary
Revive RX is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and proactive HR Coordinator to support our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring seamless HR operations, with a strong emphasis on benefits administration, leave of absence coordination, HR data analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate has a passion for employee experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working with data to drive decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Benefits & Leave Management
Coordinate and manage employee leave of absence requests (FMLA, STD, personal leave, etc.)
Act as the primary liaison with benefits vendors and support open enrollment processes
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
HR Data & Analytics
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on key HR metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, leave tracking)
Analyze HR data to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts
Operational Support
Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee lifecycle documentation
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
Support various HR initiatives and projects as needed
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in an HR Coordinator
Strong knowledge of benefits administration and leave of absence management
Strong or advanced Excel skills required (e.g., pivot tables, vlookups, data modeling)
Proficiency in HR systems
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
Experience with HR data analysis and reporting is highly preferred
