Job Title: Temporary Recruiter – Healthcare / Compounding Pharmacy (Preferred)
Location: Hybrid (Houston, TX) or Remote (U.S.-based)
Job Type: Contract (3 months, with potential for extension or permanent placement)

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Temporary Recruiter with a strong background in healthcare or compounding pharmacy recruitment to support our growing teams at ReviveRx and Ways2Well. This contract role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with deep industry knowledge, strong sourcing skills, and hands-on experience using Lever ATS.
This is a 3-month contract position with the potential to be extended or converted into a permanent role. Candidates may work hybrid in Houston, TX or fully remote from anywhere in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles in healthcare, pharmacy, and administrative functions.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and timelines.
Source and engage qualified candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach methods.
Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate the interview process.
Keep Lever ATS updated with accurate candidate information and reporting.
Ensure a top-tier candidate experience through timely and clear communication.
Deliver weekly updates and recruiting metrics to leadership.

Qualifications
3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within healthcare or compounding pharmacy.
In-depth understanding of the healthcare labor market and compliance considerations.
Proficient in Lever ATS, including pipeline management and requisition tracking.
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, resume databases, and proactive outreach strategies.
Able to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional, detail-oriented, and discreet with sensitive information.
