Position Summary
We are seeking a Digital Patient Support Specialist to provide outstanding customer service and ensure patients receive timely, compassionate support throughout their care journey. You will be the first point of contact for patients—scheduling appointments, answering questions, resolving concerns, and facilitating communication with healthcare providers.
This is a hybrid position based in Houston, TX, combining remote work with in-office collaboration. It’s ideal for individuals with call center experience, especially in healthcare or customer service settings, who thrive in fast-paced, patient-centered environments.

Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service by responding to patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy
Guide patients through the care process, ensuring clear communication about treatment plans, appointments, and follow-up steps
Act as a liaison between patients and clinical teams, ensuring prompt, accurate communication
Assist with appointment scheduling, order processing, and coordination of next steps
Maintain accurate and current patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems
Communicate effectively via phone, email, and digital platforms to support and inform patients
Escalate urgent issues or concerns to the appropriate internal teams
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, privacy standards, and company policies
Meet and exceed performance metrics including KPIs and SLAs for patient support and operational excellence

Qualifications
1–2 years of call center experience required (healthcare or customer service preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and perform well in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Compassionate, patient-first mindset with a strong desire to help others
Familiarity with EHR systems is a plus
Comfortable using new technologies and digital tools
