Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Cybersecurity Engineer to manage and maintain our cybersecurity infrastructure and operations. This role is critical in safeguarding our systems and data by identifying vulnerabilities, monitoring threats, responding to incidents, and ensuring ongoing compliance. The ideal candidate will collaborate with IT leadership and cross-functional teams to execute cybersecurity initiatives and provide expert technical guidance.

Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage robust cybersecurity infrastructure to protect IT systems and sensitive data.
Continuously monitor systems and networks for potential threats, vulnerabilities, and anomalies.
Investigate and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation.
Collaborate with internal teams to support cybersecurity-related projects and ensure security best practices.
Provide technical support and cybersecurity training to end-users and IT staff.
Maintain up-to-date documentation for all cybersecurity systems, protocols, and procedures.
Review IT security reports and conduct audits of access control systems.
Ensure data encryption and protection across storage, transmission, and usage.
Enforce and maintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT engineering or cybersecurity roles.
CISSP certification required; CISA certification is a plus.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, principles, and technologies.
Experience in incident response, threat analysis, and vulnerability management.
Proficiency with security tools such as firewalls, SIEM, IDS/IPS, antivirus, and encryption software.
Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
