About the Function

What you’ll be doing
Revolut is looking to make cryptocurrencies more accessible to people across the world. We are looking for an experienced leader in Crypto to become the General Manager of our Crypto Operations and make Revolut the largest Crypto Business in the world. This will include responsibility for growing a world-class team globally; spotting and prioritising the key opportunities; driving Growth efforts; ensuring the delivery of the product roadmap; and ultimately helping millions of customers manage their crypto finances with a level of ease and control that they have never previously seen.

• Increase engagement levels
• Drive Crypto Growth marketing efforts
• 10x our market share
• Improve current P&L
• Identify ground breaking opportunities and prioritise those with highest impact
• Define an outstanding commercial offering
• Deliver roadmap end-to-end, taking ownership of large cross functional efforts
• Drive new P&L streams
• Define areas of focus (e.g. Pro traders, institutional investors) beyond retail investors


Minimum requirements
• Strong knowledge and experience in Crypto
• Track record of excellence in building and executing winning strategies
• Experience defining and owning the Commercial aspect of a Product
• Experience in building and leading teams
• Credibility and confidence to build relationships and trust with key stakeholders including Revolut’s Leadership
• The ability to lead large programmes of change, including significant use of technology, with a strong data driven approach, and entrepreneurial drive
• Positive attitude: 'Can do' approach and willing to give everything a go from manual processing to larger projects, rolling the sleeves to get things done
• Excellent organisation skills: ability to plan and organise work so that it is efficient and effective
