WHAT WE NEED 🚀
Revolut has been rapidly expanding its offering, adding (amongst others) cryptocurrencies, credit & insurance products over the last 12 months. We’re now looking for a Business Development Manager for the newly assembled Trading team. Revolut’s vision is to create the world’s best trading platform.
Developing a detailed knowledge and understanding of every aspect of the Revolut product and services, you will relentlessly pursue new opportunities and close those already in the pipeline, taking responsibility for getting the deal done, and pushing the project to implementation - a complete end-to-end finisher.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ✍️
You will be responsible for:
Helping to shape the creation of the Revolut Trading product
Coming up with new ideas for Revolut Trading
Finding the best partners in the market to create Revolut Trading with
Negotiating and securing contracts with new partners
Acquiring the required licenses to launch new products
Managing relationships with new and existing partners
Working closely with the Revolut Trading Product Owner and Development Team to bring new products to life

WHAT SKILLS YOU’LL NEED 📖
Previous experience in a tech start-up
Previous experience setting up a Trading system
Deep understanding of Trading and Trading Systems
Experience of creating partnerships with third party companies to launch B2C services
Excellent people and relationship building skills, across all seniority levels
Commercially astute with excellent negotiation skills
Excellent logic in prioritising projects and selecting appropriate partners
Ability to work well as part of a team, driven, relentless and a proven closer - you don’t take no for an answer
