We’re looking for a Finance Manager who will help in all the modelling, financial planning, budgeting & forecasting, and building our finance tech infrastructure. The incumbent would be one of the earliest members of the finance function in Mexico & would get an exposure to work on multiple aspects of finance while reporting to the CFO. This is a very dynamic role where a lot of liaising would be required with various global & local teams.


    • Build 3 statement financial models: develop flexible tools to anticipate all aspects of Revolut growth 
    • Assist in creating MIS, financial dashboards, presentations/decks & all other ad-hoc analysis for senior management
    • Deep dive analysis on the key indicators & operational performance of the business
    • Actively assist in financial due diligences and controllership aspects as & when needed
    • Work with cross-functional teams & create strong policies & procedures for the finance team
    • Work with cross-functional teams & support with the implementation of our internal Finance infrastructure 
    • Work and implement transfer pricing agreements with the Group
    • Review process bottlenecks & recommend changes to drive growth


    • 5+ years in FP&A in top-tier company, investment banking, Private equity or Strategy consulting
    • Excellent complex financial modelling skills: you need to balance knowledge of tactical details with a broader strategic vision
    • Solid knowledge of accounting, taxation, capitalization requirements for regulated entities, and statutory compliances
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and communication skills
    • SQL and other coding skills: you are not a developer but you would really need SQL for non-financial data 
    • Previous experience in a fast growing fintech / tech scale-up desirable
    • Organised and methodological with attention to details.
