We are expanding our People team at our headquarters in Riyadh! We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager or Director with a proven track record of scaling HR operations for software companies. This role is for KSA nationals only.

Responsibilities

    • Generate HR reports and insights to support the HR management in making the best business decisions.
    • Ensure the company is complied with the Saudi Labor System in all HR aspects.
    • Follow official governmental news and propose the recommended amendments to the team.
    • Review and approve all HR operations tasks as per the RACI authority matrix.
    • Develop HR operations policies, processes and procedures that best serve the company and the employees.
    • Manage and lead the HR Operations and HRBP team and ensure that team members are performing at their best.
    • Monitor internal HR systems and databases.
    • Develop the strategies, objectives, and KPIs for the HR Operations function and ensure their alignment with the HR department’s strategies and objectives.
    • Act as a business partner to all departments to support their needs in regards to the HR operations function.

Requirements

    • Must have experience of working for a technology or software company.
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or any other related field. 
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR Operations of which at least one year of managing a team.
    • Fluency in English and Arabic. 
    • Certificate in the Saudi Labor System.
    • Expertise in budgeting, resource management, and vendor relationships.
    • Experience of using HR software like ZenHR, Jisr, Oracle, etc.
