The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Operations / Revenue Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. This pivotal role will be instrumental in optimizing our sales processes, driving efficiency, and ultimately accelerating revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of sales operations, data analysis, and a proven track record of implementing scalable solutions within a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Process Optimization: Design, implement, and optimize scalable sales processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and conversion rates.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights into sales performance and revenue trends.
CRM Administration: Manage and optimize our CRM system (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy, support sales activities, and facilitate reporting.
Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with sales leadership to develop accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management strategies.
Sales Enablement: Identify and implement tools, technologies, and training programs to enhance sales team effectiveness.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment across the revenue operations lifecycle.
Territory and Quota Planning: Assist in the design and implementation of sales territories and quota assignments.
Commission Management: Support the administration of sales commission plans.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform sales strategies.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar analytical role, MUST HAVE experience with a SaaS company.
Proven experience working with micro-retail businesses or a strong understanding of their unique operational challenges.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
Expertise in CRM administration (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Fluency in English and Arabic is highly preferred.
