You’ll need fluent spoken and written English, be results driven, have a flexible can-do attitude and be able to work well under pressure, if you want to work in this ambitious and growing team.

This is a Global role.
You’ll have to work collaboratively across the whole of Reward Gateway. Through working with the whole company you will get first hand experience of our service standards and commitments to our clients. Using this first hand experience will enable you to deliver products that tie together the disparate elements of the business. You will be required to travel to the UK.

We create products for HR. Products that are innovative, easy to use and deliver high engagement for every one of our clients. High engagement is what makes our clients happy and that client number is growing fast. We currently work with over 1700 companies including American Express, Groupon, Yahoo!, IBM, and McDonald’s. Each client uses our core product SmartHub, an employee engagement platform which allows them to build an employee experience unique to their organisation.
