Our UK Sales team are dedicated to helping organisations better connect to their people. It will be your role to make contact with HR professionals to discover their key challenges and requirements in the areas of communications, benefits and rewards. You are our driving force in initiating contact with our potential clients. Your goal is to successfully create as many genuine sales opportunities as possible to ensure the overall delivery of our UK sales target. You will work closely with an engagement researcher, ensuring you have a targeted group to prospect.  You will establish potential clients requirements and talk about some of our leading edge engagement solutions, in order to establish discussions with our engagement consultants.

It's all about getting HR excited! You will have fantastic written and verbal communication skills, be amazing on the phone, build rapport fast, confident recording videos, be self-motivated, creative, have strong attention to detail and data management skills.  Last but not least you will have a positive 'can do' attitude and be hard-working and dedicated. Reward Gateway is a learning organisation and this is a role where you'll need to be ready for a lot of learning. Some of your responsibilities will be:

    • Using forward thinking and innovative ways to approach potential new Reward Gateway clients. 
    • Calling, emailing and recording creative videos to gain attention of and wow prospects
    • Working with researchers to approach the UK’s most exciting businesses
    • Collaborate with Consultants to sell HR tech platforms
    • Nurture relationships to build a strong pipeline of new business
    • Attending networking events to drive business development

The experience and qualifications you will have:

    • Experience of selling to B2B customers 
    • Proven experience within phone base selling environment 
    • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
    • Proven successful track record of deliverables against KPI’s

The interview process:

    • Telephone Interview with our recruitment team 
    • In person interview at our offices with our hiring team / or video call with hiring team
    • Take Home Assessment to be shared in advance of you final interview
    • Final in person interview with a senior member of the team
