As a Payment Card Network Processing Analyst is responsible for onboarding, maintaining, and investigating Payment Card Network data for our 17,000-restaurant portfolio.  In this role, you will develop an understanding of the technically and operationally complex traditional processor and card linked offer (CLO) relationships and quickly assess and resolve merchant data interruptions.  You should be able to work independently but also effectively collaborate on cross-functional projects.  You will be required to learn, at a high level, about new technologies that impact our processes.  A dedication to meeting deliverables on time is required. This role reports to the Director of Client Onboarding.

What you'll do with us:

    • Maintain Mastercard Payment Card Network data & troubleshoot network health issues.
    • Analyze Payment Card Network data with tools such as Excel, customized Domo reports and API results.
    • Root cause analysis and recommendations for resolution.
    • Provide analytical insight on projects and their effect on the business at large.
    • Work closely with the Processing team subject matter expert and cross functionally with Partner, Data Science, Operational and Support teams.
    • Conduct research when issues arise regarding member transaction data.
    • Pursue best practices for management of card processing including compliance.

What we're looking for:

    • Banking or credit card processing industry background is preferred but not required.
    • Critical & analytical thinking – enjoy working with numbers to find patterns
    • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, and Outlook), Salesforce Lightening
    • Ability to navigate databases and use Excel as an analytical tool (Vlook ups, etc,)
    • Detail oriented and highly organized, flexible, self-motivated, and willing to learn and accept challenges.
    • Thrive in fast paced and constantly changing work environment.
    • Exhibit an established track record of delivering results on time.
    • Responsive to the needs of the department and can tackle various responsibilities.
    • High regard for industry compliance and maintaining and safeguarding confidential information.

    • Some knowledge of SQL and Python experience is helpful but not required.
    • Ability to understand, at a high level, outside partner applications.
