Reinventing Geospatial, Inc. (RGi) is looking for a talented and motivated Senior Contracts / Subcontracts Administrator to join our team! The selected candidate will require little direction and the ability to advise stakeholders and executives as well as negotiate on the company’s behalf. The candidate must be able to analyze contractual risk to the business and assist senior management in assessing risk exposure for the company.
This candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for the customer Contracting Officer and Partner subcontracts. They will provide the full life cycle (“cradle-to-grave”) U.S. Federal contract management, including capture and proposal development, contract administration, and close-out to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8+ years of experience
- Expert knowledge of the FAR/DFARS
- Ability to draft and negotiate contracts
- Direct responsibility for the administration and negotiation of contracts and proposals
- Knowledge of different contract, solicitation, and agreement types
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
In this role, you will….
- Own and design the company’s contract program
- Perform cradle to grave contract / subcontract administration
- Understand and negotiate contractual terms in line with company initiatives
- Proactively identify, evaluate and brief management on all areas of contractual risk
- Serve as a liaison between internal and external parties during contract development, negotiations and execution
- Participate in proposal development, including NDAs, TAs, writing relevant proposal sections, completing representations and certifications and serving as a reviewer
- Develop/design any needed contract documents
