Job Highlights:
As a Product Owner on on of the programs Agile development teams, you will be working closely with developers, government product owners, scrum masters, and the user engagement team to ensure that stakeholders needs are properly prioritized and executed. You will be a key member of the leadership team, doing work that matters for some of the U.S. Government’s most critical missions, and utilizing the latest technologies in Cloud Computing, AI/ML, and SecDevOps.
Clearance:
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required
US Citizenship required
As a Product Owner you will...
- Assist Government Product Owner in prioritization of capabilities with feedback from multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate team priorities from Government Product Owner to Agile team
- Communicate customer and user needs to the development team
- Author Acceptance Criteria, and contribute to planning, validation and demonstration of new capabilities.
- Communicate and coordinate with External Stakeholders
- Assist in the Development and Maintenance of Product Roadmap
Product Owner Qualifications
- Top Secret or TS/SCI Clearance
- Prior experience with Agile Development, Scrum, and/or SAFe
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Ability to be effective in a rapidly changing environment
- Understanding of all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle
Additional Skills we would like to see:
- Experience with SAFe Agile Methodologies
- Agile certification
- Technical background in Software Development
- Experience with Cloud Computing and Hybrid On-Prem solutions
- Domain experience with Document Stores and Ontology concepts
$120,000 - $150,000 a year
