    • Provide feedback to product and engineering based on customer insights and common integration use cases.
    • Support the design and execution of technical security solutions alongside project managers and operations teams.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in a technical sales role (Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, etc.) or relevant work experience.
    • Passion for technology and demonstrated interest in both hardware and software solutions.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to our customers and partners.
    • Customer-focused mindset with excellent account management, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
    • Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and routing/switching devices is preferred but not required.
    • Experience working with APIs, Python, other scripting/coding languages is a plus.
    • Willingness to travel overnight up to 30%, depending on customer and project needs.
