Rhombus is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive high quality business and revenue from a specific regional territory.  The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, driven by success, self-motivated, hard-working and passionate about building and developing high performing sales teams and territories. You will work in a fast-paced environment, pivot as needed, and adapt quickly and positively to change. You will collaborate closely with the Sales Development Rep Manager, other Regional Sales Managers, the Channel team, and report to the VP of Sales. 

What You'll Do:

    • Lead, coach, and motivate Account Executives through weekly pipeline reviews, project management of strategic opportunities and expansion opportunities to ensure achievement of individual and team quotas 
    • Support Rhombus revenue targets by contributing to sales plans and quotas for reps within managed territory and forecasting with AEs and rolling up revenue forecasts to other teams 
    • Strategically and proactively address problems that arise both with people, projects, and opportunities within territory by providing and collaborating on constructive and scalable solutions  
    • Participate in building team by recruiting, relationship building, interviews, hiring, and training of new Account Executives, as well as continued career development of Account Executives 

What We're Looking For:

    • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
    • Knowledge of the full Sales cycle, with demonstrated ability to prospect, demo, qualify, negotiate, and close deals 
    • 2+ years in direct sales management role with proven track record of reaching and exceeding goals
    • Strong and confident in oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills  
    • Experience developing strong internal and external business relationships
    • Team-player mentality, demonstrating initiative in supporting others to achieve their goals 
This is a hybrid position based in Sacramento, CA. Candidates must be able to commute to the office as needed. 

Compensation 
Base Salary: $90,000-$110,000
Estimated OTE (base salary + commission): $180,000-$220,000

Additional forms of compensation, depending on the role, include uncapped commission, sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and equity in the company. Individual pay is determined based on the candidate's primary work/hiring location and additional factors, such as skills and experience, and relevant education, certifications, or training. Further details about compensation for the role can be discussed during the interview process.
