To that end, we are looking for a highly organized Marketing Associate who is passionate about simplifying healthcare and eager to drive awareness of the impact of comprehensive and accurate healthcare data. You will support our marketing, product, recruiting, BD, and sales teams by deploying campaigns and website updates, managing our social media handles, and bolstering our marketing infrastructure during this critical stage of our growth. Your work will directly support us in spreading the word about Ribbon’s value so we can fulfill our vision of powering every healthcare decision to be high quality, cost-effective, and convenient.

Your day-to-day

    • Manage marketing automation infrastructure: Develop and deploy email and social media campaigns, track and report results, attribute campaigns to revenue
    • Improve our social media presence: With input from marketing and recruiting teams, build and execute on an editorial calendar that spans Ribbon’s owned channels
    • Establish new reporting and analytics for the go-to-market team: Improve our data integrity within our CRM, learn and deploy reporting capabilities across the CRM
    • Partner with sales and marketing to deploy innovative campaigns: Manage deadlines, set up and launch campaigns, report on outcomes
