We are looking for a Business Development Lead to help us develop new partnerships with leading digital health companies, help shape our go-to-market strategy by researching, segmenting, and building empathy for innovative digital health initiatives, and working with our product & engineering teams to be the voice of the market in product development

What we’re looking for in this role:

    • Demonstrated capability to build revenue-generating partnerships with health plans across different levels of the organization
    • Proven track record of engaging and collaborating with health plans in data-driven settings
    • Ability to provide market feedback across go-to-market and technical teams to ensure rapid product and communication improvements

Your day-to-day:

    • Develop new relationships and strike revenue-generating partnerships with health plans
    • Be present where our partners are; attend conferences and industry events and spend time with our partners
    • Provide voice of health plan across all teams to further develop company empathy for our partners’ problems
    • Collaborate across organization to refine Ribbon perspective on go-to-market efforts for health plans
