Enterprise Sales Lead – Health Plans

We are looking for an Enterprise sales Lead to lead our efforts in engaging and partnering with health plans across existing and new health plan products, to collaborate with the team to refine our positioning and messaging for health plans, and to build empathy for and act as the voice of health plans in new product development.

What we’re looking for in this role:

    • Demonstrated capability to build revenue-generating partnerships with health plans across different levels of the organization
    • Proven track record of engaging and collaborating with health plans in data-driven settings
    • Ability to provide market feedback across go-to-market and technical teams to ensure rapid product and communication improvements

Your day-to-day:

    • Develop new relationships and strike revenue-generating partnerships with health plans
    • Be present where our partners are; attend conferences and industry events and spend time with our partners
    • Provide voice of health plan across all teams to further develop company empathy for our partners’ problems
    • Collaborate across organization to refine Ribbon perspective on go-to-market efforts for health plans
