The Front Desk Coordinator is the first point of contact for our office, responsible for greeting all visitors and guests. You will work in our People Operations group and be a critical player in providing services that improve the experience of our employees and every person that engages with Rigetti. As your primary responsibility, we’ll be looking for you to prove that you can master the front desk and receptionist functions. This means taking ownership and a roll-up-the-sleeves attitude to do whatever it takes to best serve the company and team. You should constantly be asking yourself ‘How can I make this better?’ no matter what you’re working on. Rigetti’s in hyper-growth mode, and every month, you’ll be challenged to move faster, and more efficiently, all while not sacrificing top-quality customer service.

With a proven track record over your first 12 months at Rigetti, you will be eligible and encouraged to join the company full time.

Candidate must meet the following requirements:

    • B.A. or B.S. degree; or 2-3 years of prior Front Desk/Receptionist experience
    • Demonstrated Proficiency in Google Apps & Excel
    • Ability to independently run with a project
    • Demonstrated success improving processes

Bonus

    • Previous experience working in tech/startups is a plus, otherwise a demonstrated ability to keep up with the fast-forward pace and constant change
