As a Senior Account Executive specialising in events or hospitality at Right Formula, your role will be integral to the success of our F1 related projects. You will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks related to client accounts, building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders, guests, and suppliers, managing on-site events and personnel, and handling pre-event planning and logistics in line with the Scope of Work
 
The role will be based at Right Formula’s offices in Battersea, London.

Objectives
-Execute the agreed client strategy at the direction of the Account Manager
-Build a strong relationship with your suppliers, liaising with them on a day-to-day basis at all levels
-Maintaining strong relationships with all partners in the delivery of relevant campaign
-Build a ‘trusted team player’ status internally
 
Key Responsibilities
 
Administrative Excellence: Execute day-to-day administrative tasks associated with F1 related accounts, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, guests, and suppliers to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
On-Site Event Management: Oversee on-site event management, ensuring all logistics and operations run smoothly, and that guest experiences are exceptional.
Personnel Management: Manage event personnel effectively, providing guidance and support to ensure everyone is aligned with project objectives.
Pre-Event Planning: Collaborate on pre-event planning activities, including logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation, aligning them with the Scope of Work
 
Skills and Experience Required
-Experience of Formula 1 Program Management: A proven track record in managing and delivering F1 programs, both on-site at events and in wider marketing activities.
-Guest Program Expertise: Experience in managing large and complex guest programs, with a minimum of 100 guests, demonstrating strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
-Motorsport Industry Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of the F1 industry, including key stakeholders and suppliers. Experience with events within Formula 1 is highly preferred.
