As we expand our operational capabilities, we are launching RF Travel — an in-house travel service designed to manage all internal and client travel needs.
We’re looking for a highly organised, commercially astute, and proactive Senior Travel Manager to lead this exciting new initiative and shape it into a core pillar of our business.

Role Overview

As Senior Travel Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and running RF Travel, Right Formula’s dedicated internal travel function. You’ll oversee all elements of corporate travel management — from booking and logistics to supplier negotiation and cost control — ensuring seamless travel experiences for our people and clients.
This is a unique opportunity to build a new function from scratch and play a critical role in our growth journey, working closely with senior leadership and client service teams.

Manage all aspects of domestic and international travel for staff and clients, including flights, accommodation, ground transport, and itineraries
Ensure all bookings are compliant with internal travel policies and tailored to client needs
Provide support with visas, travel documentation, and last-minute changes
Supplier & Partner Relationships
Build and maintain relationships with travel providers, hotel groups, and airlines
Negotiate competitive rates and exclusive benefits (e.g. upgrades, loyalty perks)
Monitor service quality and maintain strong supplier performance
Operational Setup
Lead the implementation of travel management systems (e.g. TravelPerk, Navan)
Develop internal workflows and standard operating procedures
Ensure GDPR compliance and secure handling of all travel-related data
Reporting & Cost Optimisation
Analyse travel spend and drive cost-efficiency across all bookings
Produce regular reports on travel patterns, supplier usage, and budget adherence
Work in partnership with finance on expense tracking and forecasting
Strategic Development
Shape the long-term roadmap for RF Travel, including potential external offerings
Assess 24/7 support options to futureproof the service as it scales
