About the job
Right Side Up is a collective of premium marketing talent—with all of the marketing chops, and none of the agency fluff. We’re trusted by the most buzzed-about early-stage ventures, the fastest growing tech companies, and well-established Fortune 500 teams to do one thing better: GROWTH.
Some of our clients include Stitch Fix, Sephora, Yelp, Sun Basket, Crunchbase, DoorDash and Calm, among many others.
We are looking for a Creative Producer with a client for a contract position at 40 hours/week.
As the Producer for Social, this candidate will be the central point of coordination for all things execution—from managing intake and planning schedules to shepherding work through approvals and publication. You’ll work closely with their Creative Director of Social, production and strategy leads, and partners across the org to keep work moving and elevate how they collaborate.
What you’ll do:
Lead day-to-day creative production across a wide range of social content—static design, motion graphics, live action, live streams, and more
Partner with social strategists to vet new requests, align on priorities, and build realistic workback schedules
Track every asset across every stage—planning, creative development, legal and compliance, leadership review, and final delivery
Own creative resourcing and task distribution in partnership with the Creative Director of Social
Facilitate reviews, capture feedback, and ensure clear handoffs across Creative, Marketing, Legal, and Exec stakeholders
Collaborate with external vendors when needed and serve as the main point of contact for creative feedback and file delivery
Drive process improvements—designing and implementing better systems, streamlining collaboration, and helping the team work in more repeatable and scalable ways
Maintain detailed documentation across projects including action items, feedback logs, and status trackers
What you bring
7+ years of experience in creative production or project management, ideally with a focus on social or content marketing
A strong track record of managing high-volume, fast-paced creative work with many stakeholders
Deep understanding of how to support creative teams—especially designers and motion artists—and advocate for their needs
Exceptional organizational and communication skills; calm under pressure and clear in the chaos
Experience building and implementing new workflows or process improvements
Comfortable working with internal stakeholders at all levels, including executives and legal
Experience with tools like Wrike (or similar), G Suite, Slack, and Figma
Bonus: experience in financial services or other regulated industries
