Rillet is a next-gen accounting platform purpose built to automate end-to-end accounting workflows. In practical terms, information from CRM, billing, AP, payroll, etc. is synced instantaneously with Rillet, and 93% of journal entries are booked without human intervention. CEO, CFO, and finance teams can finally focus on making impactful financial decisions, while leaving Rillet run the numbers.

We’re looking for our first marketing hire to take the early traction we’ve built and scale it into a world-class marketing engine. You’ll own messaging, campaigns, channels, and metrics from day one and work closely with the CEO and GTM to craft Rillet’s positioning. This is our first marketing hire and a rare opportunity to define the brand, strategy, and motion at a company building a category-defining product.

Responsibilities:

    • Own and evolve our messaging and positioning to communicate Rillet’s value to finance and accounting teams.
    • Build and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
    • Partner with Sales to create compelling content and collateral supporting every buyer journey stage.
    • Test and scale programs across digital, email, paid media, events, and content, prioritizing what performs best.
    • Collaborate with the CEO on thought leadership and category creation.
    • Build the foundation for a modern, metrics-driven marketing function, including tooling, reporting, and playbooks.

Qualifications:

    • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, within a high-growth startup company.
    • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messages.
    • Broad experience across brand, product marketing, demand generation, and content—you’ve likely worn many hats.
    • Proven excitement about building from the ground up and taking full ownership of outcomes, not just activities.
    • Experience marketing to finance and accounting teams or within fintech is a plus.
    • Willingness to travel a few times per year for offsites, events, and team gatherings.
