Ring’s Marketing Department is looking for a Project Management lead to execute a project management workflow from project intake to release of omni-channel assets. The successful candidate with work globally and cross-functionally across internal teams and external partners to guide the lifecycle of request to delivery. This is a hands-on role responsible for both the systems and executional work. This role will be the nexus of project information and the source of truth across workstreams.


    • Owns the master marketing calendar and dashboards identifying current, upcoming, and paused work
    • Manages the project intake process and leads recurring stakeholder meetings to ensure projects are ready for kick-off
    • Alongside Marketing Dept. leadership, helps prioritizes requests and communicates overall project timing and considerations to stakeholders
    • Supervises and directly contributes to the scoping of projects - labor and expenses
    • Ensures smooth project kick off process with project/program manager and Ring team
    • Proactive resource management of Marketing Dept staff (Creative, Strategy, Production, etc..) at the day/week level and identification of staffing gaps that may require external resources
    • Collaborates with Go-to-Market/Product Marketing leads to manage timing of product launches and initiatives
    • Coordinates with project management contributors in other groups to ensure clear cross-functional communication
    • Directly manages programs/campaigns/projects as necessary
    • Works closely with global marketing stakeholders to align with US calendar, interests, and communication flow
    • Ensures deliverables and deadlines are communicated to all internal and external parties
    • Runs regular meetings to review project updates and consistently documents action items and takeaways
    • Works with appropriate parties to gain approvals
    • Drives decision-making process for risks
    • Seek out information in order to keep work moving smoothly in a start-up culture.
    • Works to continuously evolve and improve processes
    • Negotiation of vendor agreements, drafting of statements of work, and coordination between internal legal and finance groups

Basic Qualifications

    • 3+ years of project management leadership at an advertising agency or in-house marketing department
    • 6+ years of experience in a project management role at an advertising agency or an in-house marketing department
    • 6+ years experience in project management of work across at least three (3) of the following deliverable types - video, photography, print/OOH, radio, direct mail, digital display/rich media, email, website design, and experiential activations
    • 3+ years of experience managing outside vendors and agencies

Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
    • Process-driven, with an eye towards continually improving the work product as well as the day-to-day experience for the team
    • Strong understanding of the creative process and end-to-end contributors required to bring a creative idea to life
    • Desire to mentor both in and out of your discipline area
    • Ability to thrive in a briskly-paced start-up environment and work independently towards goals
    • Experience with project management applications and tools
    • Technical understanding of common creative file formats (photos, images, video, web, print, etc.)
