The Ring Neighborhoods team is seeking a Manager of Account Management for our Neighborhoods Public Safety Programs. This person will lead a team of Account Managers that are responsible for training Public Safety Partners on the custom Neighbors application. Once on-boarded, Account Managers are tasked with driving Partner Engagement, which not only adds value for Ring’s end-users, but directly ties into Ring’s mission of reducing crime in neighborhoods. Internally, this person will work with Sales, Operations, Business Intelligence, and Product to create, implement, measure, and then iterate on strategic approaches intended to optimize the value Ring provides to our Partners. By creating more engaged and active Partners, Ring is able to add value for end-users. This is a unique and innovative team that’s on the forefront of shaping the landscape of public safety. 


    • Work with sales, operations, and department leadership to define KPIs, as well as indicator metrics. You will then work with Data and Business Intelligence teams to identify the most effective ways to measure and then visualize those KPIs to the relevant stakeholders to identify
    • Develop benchmarks to measure and identify exceptional performers, as well as areas for improvement
    • Help build out the new hire training program
    • Work directly with Public Safety Partners to gain insights for driving engagement of the custom Neighbors application
    • Work with leadership on escalations stemming from specific Partner needs or requests
    • · Help architect the org structure in a strategic way that would allow for efficient growth
    • Work with sales and operations to model out a growth strategy which can be used to measure progress and identify areas of need
    • Collaborate with account managers on best practices; iterate on approaches while measuring impact, in order to intelligently drive growth initiatives
    • Help develop, implement, and measure repeatable account management frameworks and/or approaches built to drive Partner KPIs
    • Occasionally travel (domestic) to meet directly with Public Safety Partners

Basic Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in people management
    • 3+ years of experience in client-facing role with a strong focus on driving engagement of a product or service
    • Bachelor degree
    • Proficient with Excel, and Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications

    • Familiarity with SQL
    • Strong negotiating skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
    • Ability to work cross-functionally to drive cross-team initiatives
    • Operational focus in thinking through how to solve problems and implement solutions at scale
    • Proven record of attracting, retaining and growing exceptional account management and customer-facing personnel
